レッチリをＬＡで取材したのに合わせて、現地でDeath Cab For Cutieのライヴを観てきたのだけど、素晴らしかった。

わずか1500人ぐらいの会場で、全米１位を獲ってしまうこの人たちからしてみれば超プレミア・ライヴだったのだけど、それにしてもこのバンドの持つ親密さがずっと変わらないのはなぜなのだろう。

ギターを前面に押し出していない新作『コーズ・アンド・キーズ』だが、ライヴだとばっちりロックしていた。
